How to see auras.
It is best to work with a friend when you are trying to see auras.
One of you will need to stand or sit against a plain white or cream wall.
The aura seeker then looks at the person's head, shoulders and arms to see if they can see the aura. Make your eyes go soft and blurry. Do not look too hard. Look around the head, shoulders arms and hands. Take your time.
The aura actually begins at the centre of the body and there are seven layers. Each layer begins at the centre of the body and comes out and encircles the body.
The aura can reach as far out as a meter or so from the body.
Take your time.
Most people see the aura around the body. Maybe an inch or so from the body and the aura being about two inches wide.
The aura can be any colour or mixture of colours, from pinks and blues to translucent light.
If you are having trouble in seeing the person's aura then look 'past' the person and not actually 'at' the person. Look around their head and shoulders.
Swap over and see what happens. Exchange notes.
You can also practice looking at the aura of a key. Anything and everything has an aura.
To do this, take a key and hold it up to the light. Once again look past the key and not at the key. The aura that I have seen on keys is generally blue and is a very faint light that shines virtually next to the key and all the way around the key and is about a couple of centimetres wide.
Another good way of checking out auras is to look at the metal taps in your kitchen or bathroom. Once again, make your eyes soft and blurry. Look to the side of the object in question and not actually at the object. Practice often and do not try too hard.
A long time ago now I was visiting my neighbour and I had my little dog with me. He was almost blind and nearly deaf at age eighteen. He needed the toilet during the evening and it was dark. I knew my neighbour had some steps going down to her garden and so I picked my dog up and by the light of the moon I could just about make out the steps down to the garden. Whilst I was carrying my little dog under my arm I saw four beams of blue light coming from each of his paws! It was an amazing sight! It was his aura. The beams of light were about one meter long. I was totally astonished at that!
When I first learned to see auras I was practising with a friend and I could see her aura as very high above her head and in a domed shape. I asked someone else what they could see and they said the same.
I actually 'see' human auras with my mind's eye and you may see them with your mind's eye as well.
Auras on objects I see 'for real', so to speak. I also saw my dog's aura, shine, for real in the dark.
